I believe the whole family is affected when facing the challenges of developmental/intellectual disability, chronic illness, or mental health disorders. Your family’s life may be affected in many ways including parent/caregiver trauma and stress, marital issues, sibling issues, as well as, depression, anxiety and grief. I offer Autism Consultation for parents at every stage; providing parent/caregiver coaching support and guidance through individual, couples and support group therapy. I practice dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR and CBT techniques with a focus on self-care, emotional regulation and mindfulness to encourage healing; culminating a collaborative, holistic therapeutic approach in working with you to thrive throughout your journey.

I have extensive experience with counseling individuals, couples, and families affected by diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Substance Use Disorders, and Anxiety Disorders. As a parent of a child affected by Autism, I can relate to the struggles of being a caregiver. It is my mission to provide guidance and support to others facing similar life challenges. Many caregivers experience trauma, anxiety and/or depression at varying points in their unexpected journey.
