I am a counselor specializing in art therapy and mental health counseling. Working with ages 3 and up, I support the physical, emotional, mental, and family needs of each of my clients. I work with kids, teens, adults, families, and groups and often work with medical trauma, other traumas, anxiety, and stress.
Art therapy provides individuals with the opportunity to express themselves in ways that words cannot. It has the ability to impact individual’s physical and mental health from all backgrounds by providing a universal language of creativity and expression. When treating clients, I believe in individualized treatment to care for specific needs. I often combine art therapy with psychotherapy, CBT, and DBT approaches.
I approach my clients with inspiration, enthusiasm, and guidance to support them in their wellness journey. My process emphasizes imagination, creativity, and skills-based treatment uniquely designed for each of my clients.
